Join us for a fun and relaxing outdoor yoga session at the library! Designed for kids ages 3-7, this playful class will introduce simple stretches, breathing exercises, and mindful movement. Children 5 & under must participate with an adult, making it a great bonding experience for little yogis and their grownups. No experience needed—just bring a mat or towel and enjoy some movement and mindfulness in the fresh air!
Val Aerni is the owner of Aspen Leaf Yoga and Wellness, a small boutique yoga and Pilates studio located in Hamilton. She has been teaching yoga since 2015 and loves how the practice inspires her to be mindful of her body, her mind, and her actions. Val is passionate about teaching yoga and when she isn't teaching, you can most commonly find her in the woods, usually with her two kids, husband and dog.
