Join Dr. Andrea Marzi, PhD.,Chief of the Immunobiology and Molecular Virology Unit at RML, who works on vaccine development for highly pathogenic viruses like Ebola virus. Her presentation “How vaccines work” introduces vaccines and the concept of herd immunity. She will also talk about COVID-19 vaccines and the risk arising with SARS-CoV-2 variants like the delta variant spreading through communities.
