Event Details
Train Smart, Run Strong, and Complete a Marathon or Half Marathon!
Beginning and seasoned runners will learn how to assess training plans, create motivating goals, track and refine workouts, optimize nutrition for training and racing, prevent injuries thorough strength training and cross training, utilize the Galloway Walk/Run Method, guard against over-reaching and over training, and run smart with good form. Handouts include local race listings, a sample strength training plan, a workout log, and much more.
