We are what we eat! Join local PiYo and nutrition coach Libbi Hyde in a crash course to help you reach your health and fitness goals. This class will cover topics such as;
- What is actually “healthy”?
- How do you obtain optimal nutrition and is it worth it?
- Is it sustainable?
Companies love to slap “healthy” on a box, but more often than not these things are far from healthy. Libbi will help you decipher what is actually “healthy” in this course and how to see through marketing scams and recognize those “too good to be true” products.
In this course we’ll cover; the basic whole food diet, detoxification to reset the body and weight-loss by way of a calorie deficit. The goal is to provide you with resources via Websites, books, health & fitness experts, recipes and essential kitchen tools & apps to help you achieve optimal health.
